As we welcome in 2022 and say goodbye to 2021, we have much to look forward to, much to be thankful for and inspired by new challenges and opportunities ahead of us. 2021 made us realize that we needed to get better and improve on how we provided services to families in crisis. We had to improve our tools, our skill sets, and our processes to better serve those in need.

We have gotten stronger from the lessons and challenges that we faced in 2021. Irving Cares is in a better position to provide lifelines of support for families in need. 2022 has begun with new opportunities and new partnerships to light new pathways to education, employment, financial literacy, and self-sufficiency.

I am asking that you continue to be a light with Irving Cares on this pathway. I hope that you will continue to support our programs that have a direct and measurable impact on lives, like Invest in Yourself, that is helping to lift families out of poverty. Help to increase the quality of life and health of our residents by hosting a food drive for our food pantry.

In 2022 we have much to look forward to at Irving Cares, with your help and support, we have a unique opportunity to make change and lasting impact right here in Irving. We will have to work hard, it will not be easy, and it will take all of us, but with your help, passion, and dedication we have a unique opportunity to make Irving a great place for everyone to thrive.

Sincerely,

Kyle Taylor
