IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR DUNCANVILLE WATER UTILITY CUSTOMERS
In November 2024, the City of Duncanville water utility department will be transitioning to a new payment processor. As part of this update, customers who use recurring payments will need to re-enter their credit card information once the change is complete. Additionally, customers who utilize Pay-by-Phone will need to dial a new number for phone payments.
These changes will not impact customers who pay by bank draft (ACH) or in person.
We encourage you to stay informed by visiting this page for the latest updates.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three (3) years of related work experience.
CERTIFICATION, LICENSE AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Requires a TCEQ Certification, “C” Water or “C” Wastewater Licenses, and a Class “B” CDL Driver’s license.

MECHANIC
MINIMUM HOURLY RATE = $9.00
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 17 years of age or older with a High School Diploma, GED Equivalent, or pursuing a diploma.
CERTIFICATION, LICENSE AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Working Hours: Shift hours vary and may include Morning/Daytime Shift and/or Evening Shift, and may include Saturday & Sunday
CPR Certification is preferred, but not required

DUNCANVILLE, TX – The City of Duncanville is happy to announce that David Kees has been named Interim Assistant City Manager - Community. David has been with the City since October 2021 and has worked as both the Assistant to the City Manager and as Interim Assistant City Manager from April 2023 to January 2024.
David Kees has over seven years of municipal government experience. Prior to coming to the City of Duncanville, he served as the Executive Assistant to the Parish President and then Director of Planning and Zoning for the Parish of Natchitoches, Louisiana. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Centenary College of Louisiana and a master’s degree from Northwestern State University of Louisiana.

REMINDER: Place trash, recycling, brush, and bulk debris at the curb/alley no earlier than 12:01 AM and no later than 7:00 AM on scheduled collection days.
No construction materials will be picked up. These items must be disposed of by the contractor or taken to Skyline Landfill for a $35 fee.
