What's New at The Center for Mindful Body Awareness?

Dear Friends and Colleagues, happy summer to all!

Some of us have been thinking for some time about bringing experiential workshops focused on interoceptive self-care to promote resilience and reduce burn-out among health care providers, particularly those working in stressful clinic and hospital environments.

An opportunity arose to explore a version of this idea when offering a 3-hour workshop this spring that included experiential components to providers and staff through a local health care system continuing ed course.  It was very rewarding to teach interoceptive awareness skills to health care workers! We hope to develop more opportunities in this realm - and welcome any suggestions and contacts to further this endeavor!

We are now gearing up to offer more presentations and Level 1 trainings, see below!

Upcoming Trainings

Please note: details about MABT Training location, dates and times, cancellation policy, CEUs, etc. and a registration link for each of these courses are on our website. Be sure to review details before registering!
