Happy Hawaiian Vibes
A huge “Mahalo” to the traditional Polynesian dancers from Aloha Chicago Entertainment for their mesmerizing performance and teaching us a few Hula moves of our own at Azpira Place of Lake Zurich’s Luau. The tropical themed dinner was delicious and Callaloo Chicago’s steel drums provided extra ambiance!
Booze and Tattoos Happy Hour
Azpira Place of Breton residents had a great time picking out temporary tattoos and getting inked with the help of Holly DeVivo, Clinical Advisor for Hospice of Michigan, and Cheryl Klodzinski, Co-Founder of Careology Home Healthcare. A few unexpected participants surprised us when they rolled of their sleeves for fun!
Out & About
Hopping aboard the community bus for outings to fun destinations is something that Azpira Place of Breton residents love to do.
A scavenger hunt in the beautiful Kent/MSU Extension Grand Ideas botanical garden had residents searching for nature items among the green foliage, bright flowers, relaxing waterfall and koi pond.
The sound of lapping waves, seagulls and children’s laughter provided the perfect backdrop for a picnic lunch at North Beach Park in Ferrysburg, MI
Butter pecan, mint, peanut butter cup and a new flavor . . .
toasted coconut . . . were among the favorite choices during an ice cream to 44th Street Dog & Dairy

Farm to Table
Our residents score the best good-for-you goodies when they shop local at the Lake Zurich Farmers Market.
We're HIRING!
Watch the video to meet some residents you’d have the privilege of supporting while working in a position at a Pathway to Living senior community.

FEASTING on the
Fruits of Our Labor

Planting and tending to Victory Gardens at Pathway to Living communities is truly a labor of love for resident gardeners. Now, during harvest season, is when to enjoy the garden’s bounty.
