The Safe Routes Partnership's Making Strides 2022  report is out! This report features State Report Cards that break down support for active transportation across the nation. See how Indiana compares to other states, and learn where we can direct our focus for more active, healthier communities!

For each of our Coalition Meetings in 2022, Health by Design is focusing on one of our four core program areas. This year we've covered walking and biking, and our next Coalition Meeting will highlight the role of land use in building active, healthy communities! We'll be joined by Tocarra Thomas, the Director of Land Use and Development at Smart Growth America, to learn about Form Based Codes and other Smart Growth America projects. We'll also open the floor with plenty of time for updates from partners who are advancing active living around the state. Information on our second guest speaker will be announced soon, so stay tuned!
