You did it Magnolia – Reimagine Magnolia Village Phases II & III to be completed due to your generosity
The “I’m All In, Are YOU?” campaign is a roaring success. Thanks to you, our amazing donors, we together raised $305,000. With your investment, we will purchase more tables and chairs with red umbrellas to be placed along West McGraw, between 33rd and 35th Avenue West. In response to residents' feedback, we will also add in a fourth chair around each existing table on West McGraw between 32nd and 33rd Avenue West. New bike racks will be added as well. And, due to our donors’ generosity, we will be able to fund needed maintenance costs. We anticipate the new seating installations and other hardscape improvements will be completed by the end of the summer, just in time for our region’s glorious fall weather.
We especially thank a few of our most generous investors. We ran two different matching campaigns this year. Several donors stepped up with major gifts and we were able to use this generosity to encourage doubling of gifts in February, May, and early June. Nothing but heartfelt gratitude for our major gift donors and to everyone who took advantage of the opportunities to stretch their gift that much farther!
To all our donors: We know you worked hard for the money you gave to the Reimagine Magnolia Village project. We appreciate it more than we can say or ever fully express. We want you to know that a simple “thank you” doesn’t do justice to how deeply we appreciate your support.
