Session #1-Incorporating an Exercise Routine into Your Life
Saturday, June 4, 2022- 11:00 AM to !2:30 P.M. PST
This session will focus on exercises that enhance the ability of the heart and lungs to supply oxygen-rich blood to the working muscles. Proper techniques of the exercises will be demonstrated by a certified trainer to ensure each participant performs correctly and at their pace and ability. Discussion will be held on how to begin a regular exercise routine by focusing on appropriate self talk routines to support the schedule. Tips will be provided to participants on how to mentally prepare in order for the routine to be a success.
Session #2: Incorporating Healthy Eating into Your Life
Saturday, June 11, 2022- 11:00 AM to 12:30 P.M. PST
This session will focus on cooking recipes to quick and simple healthy eating routines. Discussion will be held on how to begin a regular routine of eating healthy even when eating at restaurants and fast food. Tips will be provided on how to count daily calories and other strategies to mentally prepare yourself to eat healthier.
Session #3- Incorporating Mental Wellness and Self Care
Saturday, June 18, 2022 -11:00 AM to 12:30 P.M.PST
This session will focus on the importance of “ME” time and how participants can use meditation to cultivate concentration, relaxation, inner peace, and stress reduction. Discussion will cover the basics of various meditation practices and how to incorporate them into your daily routine. The session will conclude with a restful yoga practice.
Session #4: SPIRIT FITNESS - BALANCE
Saturday, June 25, 2022- 11:00 AM-12:30 P.M. PST
This session will focus on improving balance. Exercises that strengthen the muscles that help keep us upright will be demonstrated in a fun and educational manner. These exercises will improve stability and could help prevent falls.
Session #5: SPIRIT FITNESS EXERCISE ROUTINES

This session will focus on demonstration of different fitness routines that strengthen your muscles and keep you strong.
Session #6: SPIRIT FITNESS-SELF-CARE
Saturday, July 16, 2022- 11:00 AM-12:30 P.M. PST
This session will focus om positive self talk, self-care routines and ways to maintain mental health balance participating in
hobbies and fun activities that bring joy to your life.
