Distribution Quip of the Month

"A lack of preparation on your part creates a profitable opportunity on my part."

(Thanks to Bill Better of Stanley M. Proctor Company for this month's quip.)

WarehouseTWO Tip of the Month
Refresh Your Inventory Data More Frequently. Your data, if older than seven (7) days, is suspect. If older than ninety (90) days, it may be interpreted as a bold-faced lie. (Or something like that.) Or worse, ignored.  We recommend that you never let your inventory data linger at your account for more than thirty (30) days. If a potential buyer has ever contacted you to buy something that you have posted to WarehouseTWO, and you no longer have the posted quantity in stock, that potential buyer is less likely to trust your other postings. Instead, he/she will buy from another seller who has more recently posted data. Automating your inventory data uploads as a nightly event is easy to do, and doing so is an inventory-sharing “best practice”. Contact us for help with this.
Referral Rewards Program
we_love_referrals
The easiest way to get more value from your WarehouseTWO account is to increase participation by other distributors and manufacturers. Over the years, many of you have been loyal "evangelists", recommending WarehouseTWO to peer distributors, to manufacturers and to associations and marketing groups.

We want to encourage and compensate you for the results of your efforts. To learn more about our "WarehouseTWO Referral Rewards" program, and how you and your company can benefit, click here.

We chose this pair of words because "ironic" is used incorrectly so often, when "coincidental" is the better choice. For a better explanation of how these two words differ in meaning, click here.
An Explanation of Inventory-Sharing Communities at WarehouseTWO
WarehouseTWO's system of inventory-sharing "communities" serves a unique purpose in enabling "inventory-sharing" among peer wholesalers. Understanding and leveraging this system can enhance the value of one's WarehouseTWO membership.
