Today, Aug. 16, is the last day to order Marching Band shoes/gloves — You can now purchase your items online in three easy steps:

Please order your shoes and gloves before the store closes at 11:59 p.m. Aug. 16. Returning members, please double check to make sure your shoes still fit and you have your gloves. Note that you will be charged at checkout for your order. However, the items will not ship until after the store has closed. They will be bulk shipped and passed out at the school. Please let us know if you have any questions.

UPCOMING EVENTS:
Aug. 18: 5-8 p.m. Pep Rally at ROHS stadium. (Rescheduled from Aug. 13.) Details available on the ROHSBOB calendar.
Aug. 19: 8 a.m.-noon. New Member/Blue Shirt Day (students should check their Marching Band Google Classroom for details).
Aug. 23-27: 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Full Band Camp Week. ROHS practice field; lunch provided; students not permitted to leave during lunch. Please make checks out to "Royal Oak High School" (base camp fee of $120 due the first day of camp, 8/23). See the Marching Band Welcome Letter for camp details.

Sept. 8: 7-8 p.m. 2021/2022 ROHSBOB Kickoff Meeting — ALL parents/guardians encouraged to attend! Use this link to join the Zoom meeting. (Note: ROHSBOB meetings are typically held on the second Tuesday of each month; the September meeting was rescheduled due to a conflict with ROHS Curriculum Night.)
Sept. 10: 3:30 p.m. call, 7 p.m. game. Raven Rally after school / Home Game (Berkley). "Hometown Heroes / Salute to Service." Post-game performance — "Billy Joel" (Segment IV)
Sept. 17: 3:30 p.m. call, 7 p.m. game. Home Game (Troy), "Homecoming." Post-game performance — "Billy Joel" (Segment III & IV).
Sept. 19: 3-6 p.m. Marching Band Golf Outing at Royal Oak Golf Course. Please encourage family and friends to register!
Sept. 24-25: 5-9 p.m. on 9/24; 9 a.m.-9 p.m. on 9/25. TAG DAYS!! All work at least one 3-hour shift.
