Broken Chain - Heal Heart
There has been so much uncertainty, challenges, obstacles, along with COVID-19 for more than a year which we cannot control. Our lives have become a broken chain. Mentally, emotionally, and physically we may feel exhausted., stressed, or depressed. It is likely you've heard people say, "When are things going to be normal again." "I am feeling overwhelmed." "Times are really hard now." Although many people returned to work, their lifestyle has not returned to normal.

The pandemic unlikely did not create all challenges, some existed before COVID-19. What we are experiencing could probably be an image identified as a rusted broken chain. It has been broken for a long time. Realistically, there are some things we will never control regardless of what is happening in our environment and the world. However, there are situations we can control.

What is the solution? It begins with our thoughts, words, and deeds. Changing our perspective, our eyes open to find amazing benefits. Believe, there is " hope". Take actions, be strong, bold, and knit together with others for power and support. A broken chain can be mended. Thus, we can prove that "a cord of three strands" is not quickly broken. Positive thoughts, words, and deeds can lead to a healing heart!

Let's review a broken chain from a "Freedom" point of view for a different perspective.
FREEDOM
Break that Chain

Since we may not have control over what happens around us, we can control what happens within us. Here too It begins with our thoughts, words, and deeds. Our thoughts becomes a pattern and dictate what we say and how we act or react to situations. Negativity, fear, doubt, hate and more leads to making us prisoners. Quickly change the narrative (perspective) to positive thoughts, which energizes and helps to clear our minds to lead a better life. Sometimes professional help is needed.

Change the narrative (perspective) controlling your situations:
