APN has Updated the C.O.R.E Training Requirements


The Assured Performance Network C.O.R.E. Training Requirements have been updated with two new C.O.R.E. requirements in the ‘Advanced Capabilities’ category. Certified shops will need to upload proof of training on:


· ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) to demonstrate a general understanding of the purpose, operation, repair considerations, and parts.


· EV s (Electric Vehicles) to demonstrate a general understanding of the system, safety, repair considerations, and parts.


The expected completion of coursework is within the next 12 months (or before your renewal). Please login to your ShopOps Business Profile to see examples of courses that meet the new requirements, such as the Nissan ADAS course, to determine if you have already met this training requirement, or if your shop needs to enroll in one of the newly approved classes.

Your Assured Performance team will start using their new @oeconnection.com email addresses and phone extensions over the next few weeks. When calling our main phone number, you now have the option to search by last name to connect with your team member of choice.

Nissan and INFINITI Consumer Awareness Marketing to Promote the Use of Certified Repair Shops Has Done it AGAIN!


In Nissan and INFINITI’s ongoing efforts to promote the Certified network and the importance of using a trusted Certified Collision Repair Shop, Nissan was pleased to share the results from last year’s social media campaigns and give the Nissan Certified Network an advanced update on this year’s efforts.


The 2021 Social Media Ads promoting the Nissan Certified Network of Shop received 158,000 clicks to the site and locator last year, and this year, the March 2022 Consumer Awareness Marketing email blast reached 2,399,891 Nissan vehicle owners and 358,341 INFINITI owners, reminding them to use a Certified shop on all their vehicle repairs. A link to the locator was included so they could search for shops in their area if they did not already have one.

Nissan Announces the Winners of the Doing It Right Program!


The Nissan and INFINITI Doing It Right shop appreciation program was created to reward the shops for performing quality repairs and caring for their customers. Nissan and INFINITI’s network of Certified shops come in varied sizes and capacities. To make this competition fair, all shops were grouped into one of three categories based on overall shop size as either small, medium, or large to ensure everyone, big or small, gets acknowledged. The top 20 shops from each group will have their renewal fee waived for either Nissan or INFINITI certification (not to include the Assured Performance fee) for the upcoming year.

We want to congratulate the shops that are being honored. Service such as theirs proves what it means to be a Certified Repair Facility.
