County of Ventura's COVID-19 Business Assistance Grant

Businesses and nonprofits may be eligible for a $10,000 grant through the County of Ventura’s fourth COVID-19 Business Assistance Grant Program.

This grant is available for businesses that did not receive a grant during any of the County’s previous business grant programs, and that are within the eligibility parameters found on the grant website.

Applications open on August 19 at 8:00 am and end September 2 at 6:00 pm.

Effective January 1, 2022, the City of Camarillo will prohibit the use of expanded polystyrene (EPS) food and beverage containers.
This Ordinance will prohibit food providers from distributing EPS, and also would ban both the sale and distribution of any EPS food packaging, containers and food service ware. Resources, Hardship Exemption Applications, and the Ordinance, which outlines the full list of definitions and exemptions, are available at www.cityofcamarillo.org/EPSBan

The City of Camarillo can aid small businesses that have been affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic with loans at 4.25% that range from $10,000 to $50,000. In partnership with the Economic Development Collaborative, this new loan fund is designed to assist business owners with either overcoming issues or business growth.

If you need additional capital, the EDC is happy to assist you.
Women's Economic Ventures (WEV) also has a forgivable loan and coaching program that is accepting applications for loans from $5,000 - $10,000 that will turn into grants upon borrower's completion of a 10 hour training program. New Round of CA Relief Grant
The State of California is opening its Relief Grant up to new applicants. Apply from Thursday, September 9th through Thursday, September 30th.

Learn about eligibility for this grant that could range from $5,000 - $25,000 and apply when the application opens up by visiting www.CAReliefGrant.com
