Surfside & Murrells Inlet
According to data made available by the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS, the average Surfside Beach single-family home sales price was up 44.2 percent at $603,501 and the average townhouse/condo sales price was up 24.6 percent at $166,293.
The average Murrells Inlet single-family home sales price was up 59.3 percent at $594,321 and the average townhouse/condo sales price was also up 61.9 percent at $300,792.
All statistics are compiled from sales during the month of April 2022 compared to the same month the previous year.
