Optional Psychological Health and Safety (PHS) Element Approved by Partnerships
|
AMHSA’s optional PHS element was approved by Partnerships on September 19. The audit that measures this element is scalable to 3 levels to accommodate members’ needs considering the sophistication of their PHS program.
What does this mean for COR holders?
If you are up for a maintenance audit in 2023, you can request approval from AMHSA to replace an existing COR element with the new PHS element.
What does this mean for non-COR holders?
If you wish to measure PHS in your workplace in 2023 the PHS audit tool will be available for your use.
Stay tuned for further details!
