Next in the Dirty Trail Series... Choose the 5 or 10 mile distance and run or hike with us at Pine Hollow. This course will take you through the scenic Kendall Lake Area of the CVNP, a favorite among the locals.

Your 4-legged friend will love the 2 mile option where the pups are chip timed and earn a dog tag sized finisher medal!

It's not too late to become a Dirty VIP. Participation in Muddy Paws and the remaining DTS events this year qualifies you for series scoring and an invitation to the Dirty Party (plus other great perks!)

You will love this event with or without a dog. Be sure to register before midnight Wednesday 5/18 to beat the price jump! Donations benefit the Humane Society of Summit County.

The History of Muddy Paws

WRR partner Vince Rucci started Muddy Paws in 2005 because he enjoyed running with his dogs and knew that others did, too. Because Vince had always had rescue dogs, he wanted the race to benefit the Humane Society of Summit County. At the time the HSSC was located on Quick Rd. and was in need of funding and upgrades.

As the race has grown, so have the needs of our local furry friends. We invite you to join us in donating to the HSSC and maybe even adopting a new running buddy!

Celebrate spring with us at Hudson Springs Park. This 5k & 10k course is suitable for seasoned runners as well as beginners and walkers. Register now and choose your glass tumbler featuring one of four iconic images from local parks.

Crooked River Trail Runners We will start at Pine Hollow and take Salt Run and Lake Trail (clockwise). It's route 8 in our AllTrails List. For those that want exact miles, it will be between 4 and 5 miles. Instead of going in circles in the parking lot, do some hill repeats on Sound of Music hill! All paces welcome.
