In a recent article, Anton Natsis states 10 commercial real estate predictions to watch out for in 2023. One of the trends he says to watch out for is that rent is no longer the sole driver. This meaning that leasing decisions are now taking into account improvements and concessions, not just rent. Another prediction stated is that there is hope for investors. Even though stocks, crypto, and real estate have seemed to take a turn for the worst, there are still some positive investments out there.
