Summer Is Almost Here!

It’s hard to believe that our 2021-22 school year is coming to a close. As we head towards graduation I wanted to send a Thank You out to our senior treats chairs Tammy Brink and Claudia McClelland and our senior mother/daughter mass and breakfast chairs Katie Chester and Jean Cody.  These amazing moms created lasting memories for our seniors and their moms. Our hope is that Xavier will forever be close to their hearts.

As the school year ends, so does my term as your Mothers’ Guild president. Thank you for allowing me to serve as your president, it’s been an absolute honor … one I will forever be grateful for.

Congrats to our seniors, good luck to all of the girls on their finals and have a fabulous summer!!

Attention, Seniors: Project Graduation is on May 21

Project Graduation (no charge)
Saturday, May 21 
8 - 11 p.m.
Brophy Campus

This FREE night of fun will take place at Brophy and will include lots of entertainment, food trucks, prizes and even a hypnotist.

It will be a great opportunity for the BCP and XCP graduating classes to be together one last time after graduation. We still need help from parents of all classes to chaperone!

Senior parents, please be on the lookout for an email about the evening and about secret senior memory boards (we'll need your help). 

Interested in volunteering?
If you'd like more information about volunteering at Project Grad or are willing to be a drop-off point for memory boards, please contact Phoutie Bansal, Maronel Rivera or Alicia Markham. 
Interested in a Carpool Pass?
Registration for the carpool lottery begins on May 10 at 7:30 a.m.
