'Trust me on the sunscreen.'
It was the final day of classes for the seniors, and it just so happened to fall on Red & White Day. Excitement and energy mixed with nostalgia and affection as we came together as school community to honor tried and true traditions. To see images from Reverse Handshake, Red & White Day, and more from the past week, click the link below.
Please note: photos of the spring concert will be available in the next edition of Stories from MPH.

REMINDER: Check for Ticks
It's that time of year and want to remind our community to be vigilant for ticks. Our health office recommends purchasing a tick spoon for swift tick removal should you spot one on yourself, your student, or pet (see photo of cute puppy Rus - a big fan of the spoon).
Younger students may also find this crossword puzzle useful for identifying ticks and what to do if you see one.

MPH Ice Cream Challenge Ends May 24!
|
Can we get our Parent Participate rate to 80% or higher by May 24? If so, we'll celebrate with an all-school ice cream party!
A strong Annual Fund is a hallmark of a thriving independent school. Simply put, MPH is possible because of the philanthropic participation of all its members – trustees, alumni, past parents, grandparents, faculty/staff, and current parents and students. While tuition is the main revenue source for the school, it only covers a portion of the school’s yearly operating costs. Through the Annual Fund, you can make an unrestricted gift, to be used where it is needed most, or restrict your gift to a program that is important to you, such as tuition assistance, faculty compensation, arts, or athletics. Join us with a gift today!
Matt/Lott Family Giving Challenge
In a show of support for MPH, faculty member and current parents Dr. Sarah Matt and Dr. Gus Lott have recently committed $50,000 dollars to the Annual Fund, with $25,000 of their donation earmarked to match leadership ‘Red and White Society’ gifts of $1,970+ though June 30, 2024. If you would like to help us secure these challenge funds (and surpass our Annual Fund goal!), make a gift today! Click here to read our “Meet MPH’ feature on the Matt/Lott family and their connection to MPH.
