You're Invited to Celebrate Day of the Dead in Moreno Valley

In this edition of the Mayor's Minute, Mayor Yxstian Gutierrez invites you to the city's Day of the Dead celebration on Friday, October 28, from 6 pm to 10 pm at the Civic Center Amphitheater.


The Day of the Dead celebration will feature delicious food, great musical performances, and unique ofrendas commemorating loved ones who have passed on to the spirit world.

Moreno Valley Distributes Donated Clothing to Community Groups

On Wednesday, September 28, the City of Moreno Valley gave donated clothing to over a dozen community groups at the Moreno Valley City Yard.


The Forever 21 clothes provided by local nonprofit Bordando Nuestras Raices included shirts, shoes, and accessories. 


Thanks to this partnership with the City and local community organizations, these clothes will be distributed to people across the region who need them the most.

A Visit to Lasselle Sports Park

Lasselle Sports Park clocks in at just under 13 acres, offering plenty of space for any Moreno Valley athlete. This beautiful multi-purpose park also features a playground, barbecues, picnic tables, and more.

Pets of the Week: Romy and Michelle

Our Pets of the Week are Romy and Michelle, a bonded pair of two Queensland Heelers looking for a new home. Romy and Michelle are two lifelong best friends who love playing fetch and getting their bellies rubbed. These two pups want nothing more than to be adopted into a loving home together.
