Your heart builds homes, now and for generations to come

A Message from the Chairman

A heartfelt thank you to all that attended our Wall Raising event on Wednesday, March 1. We welcomed more than 100 community and business leaders and concerned individuals at our construction site off Lake Trafford Road and 19th Street in Immokalee.

This signature moment was a kick-off to the construction of a community of hope and security for the low-income workers and their families in Immokalee. Because of your generous hearts and support, we are building the first of eight safe and sustainable buildings that will include 128 two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as a new community center for meetings, after-school programs, health care assistance, and so much more.

Thankfully, this event was featured on a segment of Positively Southwest FL on ABC 7. The piece highlighted the importance of safe, affordable housing for families and future generations, our progress, and where we hope to go next.

This is one momentous step of many to improve the quality of life for the people of Immokalee. Together, we are turning the key and opening the door to a better life.
