100WF Early Career's peer network meetings for members in the first decade of their careers emphasize industry education and networking to develop a strong community of early-career women and a talent pipeline for the finance industry.

Alicia Ramsdell is the Founder & CEO of Mindful Career Path, designing career fulfillment in collaboration with clients’ professional passion and energy. Previous to her current position, Alicia led over a 15-year career in Corporate America. She started a life by default in Accounting roles, but later mindfully cultivated a life by design in Career Development roles. She is a Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP), a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), and holds a certificate in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction techniques. Alicia brings insight around best practices in career development strategies, while also leveraging stress to elevate your life’s work. Alicia is excited to join us to share her experience in making career fulfillment a career reality.
