Happy 4th of July Weekend!

Hope you had a great week! I recently got back from Michigan where rainstorms led to flooded highways and flooded basements. While it was really nice seeing everyone, it is also nice to be back with in less humidity. Yes, the Housing Market is Changing

I know many of you have been asking when is this market going to change? Well this may be the time you've been waiting for as many homes are lasting on the market throughout the weekend, without any showings. Also at the time of this writing, there were 305 homes that had a price decrease. How long will it last, no one knows but check out the latest video from my Broker on what he shared with 9news.

This Saturday I'll be in Arvada at this new construction home. It is absolutely beautiful and has 6 bedrooms/4 baths and over 4600 square feet. I'll be there from 1-3 so come on by for a personalized tour.

Shred Event

On July 17th, my office at 600 Grant Street will be having a free shred event from 10:00-12:00 right off Grant. The shredder can handle paper staples, very small clips and file folders. However, we can not take cardboard or large binder clips. Items will be removed from your vehicle and put into a 55 gallon can before moving it to the shredding truck.
