ARAWC is sponsoring the second annual 5K Fun Run/Walk in Huntington Beach, CA to benefit Kids’ Chance of Texas!

We are running and walking at the Comp Laude® event in Huntington Beach, CA to benefit Kids’ Chance.

Congressional Legislation Impacting Texas Injury Benefit Plans
ARAWC remains focused on both The Forced Arbitration Injustice Act (FAIR Act), which would end the use of mandatory arbitration agreements in employment and other matters, and The Employee and Retiree Access to Justice Act, which would make discretionary clauses in employer sponsored benefit plans unenforceable ....
TMIC Report for HB3752 Submitted to Texas Legislature:

As part of the requirements under HB 3752 last session, Texas Mutual Insurance Company (TMIC) was required to submit a report by September 1st, 2022 to the Texas Legislature on health benefit coverage.

The report's conclusion is that TMIC's Board of Directors is in the final stages of consideration of whether to launch a health subsidiary. We will update ARAWC members as soon as we know TMIC's decision.

Four Ways Members Support ARAWC
1. Share ARAWC membership information with your clients and business partners. For an example that you can share in management reports and client stewardship meetings, click here.

2. Encourage your clients to get the QCARE designation. Service providers can serve as an authorized representative to get the QCARE designation for their clients.

3. Volunteer to serve on an ARAWC committee. Click here to volunteer.

4. Present an educational session. Planning is in process now for ARAWC's continued educational offerings.
