Dylan Durham

  • As a new Board member I am looking forward to being able to possibly change the way MLAs are perceived in the lab by mainly advocating for MLAs and to push for regulating the profession.
  • I like the uncertainty and challenges of what each day brings. I am not much of a routine structured worker, and I work the best under pressure.
  • Spare time? What is spare time in a health care career? Haha! When I am not working, I like to relax at home (Covid times) and binge watch anything I haven’t already watched on Netflix

Rosa Jo

  • Currently, I am an Operations Manager in Fraser Health Laboratories. A typical day for me is filled touching base with lab leaders to help answer their questions and support them in any/every way I can
  • As a new Board member I am looking forward to working with people in the same profession to elevate medical laboratory professions in BC. Thinking of innovative ways to help our professionals and the patients/healthcare system.
  • What is your favourite holiday/time of year and why? Christmas/December. Just a warm-fuzzy feeling time for me and also get to celebrate our wedding anniversary! I just love Christmas.
