BASIS ZenDesk Portal
BASIS Technical Support has implemented a new support ticketing system using ZenDesk that is designed to deliver an efficient and responsive support experience. We have also updated the BBx Generations & Barista Customer Support Handbook to version 2.1, which added details about using the new BASIS Support Ticket Portal.
