CULVER-STOCKTON COLLEGE

WELCOMES NEW DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Michelle Kirkham '10

Culver-Stockton College is pleased to announce the appointment of Michelle Kirkham as the new Director of Development. A 2010 graduate of Culver-Stockton College with a degree in business administration, Michelle brings over a decade of combined experience in fundraising and marketing to her alma mater.

“We are thrilled to welcome Michelle back to The Hill,” stated President Lauren Schellenberger. “Her extensive experience in fundraising, coupled with her deep connection to our institution, make her an invaluable addition to our team.”

Michelle’s return to C-SC marks an exciting chapter for the College’s advancement efforts, and her leadership is expected to drive continued growth and success in engaging alumni and securing vital support for the College’s mission.

NEW MASTER'S IN LEADERSHIP DEGREE

Culver-Stockton College has unveiled a new Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership degree starting this fall.

The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL) degree is designed to develop a comprehensive understanding of leadership theory and practice – along with management skills such as team building, planning and implementing change, communication, finance, navigating organizational behaviors and structures in nonprofit, government, education, and business sectors.

“Leadership is not a narrowly defined concept for just one discipline. There are leaders in every single industry and so that’s one of the reasons why we wanted to design a program that was so wide open for our future students in the program because everyone has the potential to be a leader no matter what industry they are in,” said President Schellenberger.
