Dog Days of Summer


We’re in the Dog Days of Summer (July 3rd – August 11th), with temperatures and sometimes tempers rising. It seems like everyone gets a little irritable during the hottest days of the summer.


While you are in the thick of summer camp "working like a dog", it's important to take care — take care of yourself, your family, and your community. So, go out and try something new...even if it is a bit too hot!

Side 1: What's New

Activities & Registration


  • We fixed an error where the cancel button on the exclude/un-exclude pop-ups of an Activity Schedule wasn't closing the page.
  • When viewing the custom form icon of a Standard Activity with a waitlist, waitlist participants are now identified separately from registered participants.


Accounts


  • Public side users who choose 'Organization' are now able to choose their facility renter type upon account creation.
  • When setting up a new account on both the public & management side, the primary member is asked if they want to enter medical information.
  • Exciting New Update: We added a Cancellation Request feature to the public side for Programs, Memberships, Reservations and Products. (will go live 8/2)


Facilities & Reservations


  • We fixed an error where if you made a reservation on management side for exactly the amount of the max hours (and max hours were set), the continue button was hidden.
  • A fix has been issued when trying to modify just one date from the Reservation Information screen by clicking 'Modify' next to that date, only that date will show instead of all the dates in the reservation.


Reports


  • We included a reservations headcount on the Facility Use Report to help monitor usage at facilities and for data tracking.
  • We added a Membership Cart Hold Report that is similar to the Activity, Point of Sale & Reservation Cart Hold Reports which shows memberships being held in customer’s carts.
  • The Member Questions Report now includes customer contact information (email and phone).
  • We fixed an error on the Global Disclaimer report which wasn't saving correctly.
  • The Access Scan Report from an account has been fixed as the details of the scans were not showing.
  • On the Activity Report (Advanced Activity Schedule) inner page we included email address and made this page exportable by activity so that if there are multiple activities selected, each will export separately.
  • There is now a report for Deceased Members.
  • We added a drop down filter for Payment Plan Type and a filter to sort by Start Date to the Payment Plan Report.


Misc


  • We added Account Creation text each time a member is added.
  • We included the 'View Invoice' and 'View Payment History' key on pages where it was missing.
