Thankfully, the remnants of Henri shifted course and the Assumption campus avoided a direct impact. Despite heavy, intermittent rain and wind, there was no loss of power nor damage to the campus. Students residing on campus should be aware that bands of rain and stronger than usual winds will persist throughout the evening and tomorrow. A Flood Watch remains in effect until tomorrow, Monday, night.

University offices will open and resume normal operations on Monday morning at 8:30 a.m.

Taylor will open at 9 a.m. Monday morning with a limited breakfast menu. A full lunch menu will be offered beginning at 11 a.m.

Students who are moving in on Monday are welcome to do so between 8:45 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Students will first report to the University COVID-19 Testing Center for a test, then they may pick up their room key.

The University extends its appreciation to students residing on campus for their cooperation and staff for the many hours they worked in preparation for the weather event.
