Months of coping with the stressors of quarantines, shutdowns, losses, uncertainty and anxiety are taking a toll on our emotional health. If you are feeling stressed and overwhelmed, you are not alone! In this virtual training, you will learn and practice strategies to calm your body and mind. We’ll practice different stress reduction techniques so you are able to identify strategies that resonate with you. The Research and Evaluation Analyst is a critical member of both cross- and inter-departmental teams at The Children’s Trust who engages in proactive problem-solving and critical thinking/analysis related to the design and effectiveness of various child, youth and family services.
