According to new data forecasts from Harvard University’s Joint Center for Housing Studies, Naples and Fort Myers are among the top cities in the country expecting 25% or more growth in remodeling spending this year. This is largely driven by demand for specific-use rooms (home gym, office, etc.), multigenerational housing, green homes, and spa-like bathrooms.
