As well as being an artist, Brenda also helps authors, speakers, and artists gain and attract attention for creative products.She loves guiding entrepreneurs and business owners to attract greater brand recognition. 

Brenda is the founder and owner of “Butterfly and Moon” -- a women’s fashion boutique in Historic Saint Charles, MO, and now is an e-commerce business on Etsy and Facebook.

Brenda is passionate about Social Justice and making a real difference in the world. She is in the process of starting a nonprofit called “Dream Uplifters” to provide scholarships to women returning to school in the U.S., and to provide educational funds for women in impoverished countries. 
  • Members will be asked to vote on art show themes for the coming year at the CAC gallery

Members are invited to have their art on display at Dardeene Prairie's City Hall at no cost. Either mark the cost of your art or NFS on each item. All items must be ready to hang. We will accept 35 pieces. They will be on display through the end of the year. Bring art pieces to the August 5th member meeting at Green Lantern or contact Gigi .

"Anything but Fabric"
This is a new category in the upcoming "Pieces of the Heart" Quilt Show Oct. 14-16th. Use quilt patterns to inspire your creative artwork in any medium
EXCEPT FABRIC
Prize $50

  • Find the family quilts and share their histories in the Bed Turning, no charge for entry, no prize awarded.
  • Finish the quilt projects you made during 2020 for show in the categories of machine quilted, hand quilted, wall hanging, Youth, panel, Youth Challenge, Adult Challenge, Bicentennial and miscellaneous. These categories have a $50 prize. Each quilt has an entry fee of $5.
  • Get your challenge kit to design a wall-hanging paying tribute to Missouri's Bicentennial
