CPI’s Karen Broadway-Wilson Receives the

This award recognizes a person who has demonstrated their commitment to making IPS programs and the Learning Community a more equitable, diverse and inclusive group. Karen has been actively involved in the Learning Community’s EDI Committee and has been leading its first Affinity sessions.

Karen has a real gift for writing, and she uses these skills to help CPI’s IPS initiative develop innovative training that uses vignettes to get people to think about their work through a DEI lens. These vignettes are used in in-person workshops, webinars, and conference presentations. They make these issues real and get people to think about their work (and their lives) in a different way.
