Bringing Neurology Care to Individuals Experiencing Homelessness

For many homeless Utahns, the Fourth Street Clinic is their first and only chance at diagnosis and ongoing neurologic treatment.

Since 2016, Lee Chung, MD, has volunteered at the Fourth Street Clinic, leading the neurology rotation—a unique opportunity for those seeking neurological help and for rotating medical students to hone their neurology and leadership skills.

Giving Day: March 28-29, 2023

During this 1,850-minute fundraiser, we want to share what scientific advances, free community resources, and the individual impact each of our divisions have made on the state of Utah . . . while giving away fun prizes!

Did You Know? Our state-of-the-art TeleStroke program allows our vascular neurologists to provide stroke care to patients in approximately 30 community hospitals in five states that don’t have stroke specialists.
