Hello Members,

This year Women’s History Month Celebrates the women who bring their truths to light and to life. Creating memories and friendships in which women empower other women is one of the best things we can do for each other. March 5-11, 2023 is Women in Construction Week, women make up 11% of the workforce in construction. We created WICNM with the purpose of an organized promotion of common interests of its members through membership, networking, community outreach, training and to advance and maintain an enlightened understanding of women in the industry. Over the last 5 years, we have witnessed the of creation friendships and bonding that will last for years to come. WICNM has made a difference in the community as well as the construction industry. Remember to celebrate the women who helped make the industry what it is today. Cheers to all the ladies who make a difference in our personal and professional lives. Be the light in someone’s day and if you need some light, look deep within yourself and I guarantee that you’ll find it there.
