Christmas Eve Services
This evening, come early and enjoy a special Pre-Service Music Program, prepared by our Music Director, Dr. Joseph Holt! The program will begin at 5PM and 7:30PM (30 minutes prior to each service).
We look forward to celebrating this Holy Night with you!

Well! Thank you for the festive send-off last Sunday - from the cards and gifts, Joe Holt's kind words, the many chances to visit with you, and the reception complete with cake! It was all another reminder of the special community of Faith Church and how I will remember you all and my time among you with fondness.
I hope you will play hookey sometime and

This lively group will meet weekly on Thursdays at 1-2:30 pm in Room 212. We mainly work on baby items and donate the items to Sarasota Memorial Hospital.
All are welcome to join us! (We chat more than we stich!)

The Property Committee has identified needs that are not currently in the regular budget but are needed to maintain and improve our church.
Current needs:
1. Upgrade Narthex Restrooms to ADA (cost TBD)
2. Electronic Sign Upgrade on Beneva (cost TBD)
3. Touch-Up/Repaint the Gym (cost TBD)
4. Reseal the Parking Lot

ALTAR FLOWERS are a beautiful and meaningful way to honor/remember someone or a special occasion, while decorating our altar for worship. The new 2022 Altar Flowers signup poster is available in Fellowship Hall. Next available date, January 2!
When you purchase altar flowers, your name and dedication will be published in the bulletin on your selected Sunday and the flowers are yours to keep after the service!
To make a dedication: At church, complete an 'Altar Flowers' envelope with your payment, and place it in the offering plate; By mail, send payment with a note indicating your desired date and dedication; or CLICK HERE to order online. The cost is $60, which is for 2 vases. Please make checks payable to Faith Lutheran Church and indicate ‘altar flowers’ in the memo.

EMPTY INK CARTRIDGES COLLECTION |

Please consider donating your empty ink cartridges to help the church and environment! When we bring the cartridges to Staples, we receive store credit from Staples to help offset office supply costs.
The ink collection bin is on the counter in Fellowship Hall.

24 Christmas Eve What an awesome gift has been given to us in the birth of a tiny, unassuming baby — the son of God, our true Savior and the redeemer of the world. “Glory to God in the highest” (Luke 2:14)!
25 Christmas Day Sing and shout prayers of thanksgiving and praise to God for living among us in the person of Jesus to help us experience and understand the good news of God’s saving grace, truth and amazing love for humankind and all creation. Again, we say, “Glory to God in the highest!”
26 Pray that our life together in the church and as siblings in Christ will help us mature in faith, understand God’s word and ways, face the challenges of daily life, serve our neighbor and be confident in inviting others to believe and have faith in Jesus.
