STAFF SPOTLIGHT

Project Turnabout - "PTAB" Superhero!

The PTAB Superhero recognition honors staff members who have shown exceptional service in a one-time event, inspiring others to strive for excellence. It acknowledges their crucial role in the success of Project Turnabout and the impact they have on patients and their families, creating a culture of dedication within the organization.

Congratulations

JIM SHINN!

our newest

PTAB SUPERHERO

Jim's hero story:

Jim describes what he did for PTAB and the patients: "During the Christmas break, I came in every 6 hours to check on the heat. Our heat was not working and it was 56 degrees in the building due to the freezing of the exhaust to the boilers. We had to use a pry bar to chip away at the ice so the exhaust intake to the boilers would function properly. So basically our system was having problems for two days and I worked around the clock to unclog

the vents on the roof."

Jim's effort has awarded him a recognition sign at the Granite Falls campus on the PTAB Superheroes wall.

Creating a new culture in the kitchen

A passion for food is something we can all get behind, but Paul Z. the Project Turnabout Cook takes that passion to the next level.

Paul's excitement for crafting a menu that staff and patients alike have come to love has connected everyone who tastes his food.

Positive change that can be seen, heard, and most importantly tasted, has empowered a new culture in the kitchen at PTAB!

Your hard work & willingness is always appreciated!

2022-2023 Annual Appeal - What we achieved

We are thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of our 2022-2023 Annual Appeal campaign! Thanks to your unwavering support and generous contributions, we were able to achieve our goal of making a positive impact on the individuals in our care at all our campuses in southwest Minnesota: Granite Falls, Marshall, Redwood Falls and Willmar.

Your contributions will have a lasting influence on the lives of those we serve, and we cannot thank you enough for your commitment to our mission.

We were able to "INFLUENCE the MISSION TOGETHER" in big ways!

Through your donations, we are able to provide critical services to individuals who are struggling with addiction and mental health issues. Your support helps us to further our mission and ensure that those in need receive the care and support they deserve.

From all of us, to all of you...

THANK YOU!

GENEROSITY IS AN ONGOING EFFORT
