Pacific via ZOOM
This program is FREE for BHBA Members and $35 for Non Members
'The Anxious Lawyer' book provides a straightforward 8-week introductory program on meditation and mindfulness, created by lawyers, for lawyers. The program draws on examples from Jeena Cho and Karen Gifford's professional and personal lives to create an accessible and enjoyable entry into practices that can reduce anxiety, improve focus and clarity, and enrich the quality of life.

In part 2 of this 3-part program, Jeena Cho will share concrete strategies and practices for how lawyers can turn to mindfulness and meditation to manage the overwhelming stress and anxiety that is so prevalent in our profession.

Jeena saw firsthand the very practical benefits these practices offer—reducing stress, improving focus, sense of well-being, and clarity. This is a book written by lawyers, for lawyers, with the intent of offering a comfortable entry-point to mindfulness and meditation.
