Grants Helping to Restore Long Vacant Properties
Grants offered through the CRA are having a visible impact in the Downtown business corridor as several long-vacant and underutilized buildings are undergoing restoration by new owners. Properties at 118 E. Orange St., 229 E. Lemon St., 12 E. Pine St., 100 S. Pinellas, and 428 N. Pinellas are under restoration and bringing new businesses to the City. Maine-ly Delicious and Your CBD Store
The City is excited to welcome Maine-ly Delicious, 20 Hibiscus St., and Your CBD Store, 39320 US. 19. A new restaurant from the owners of Backdraughts, Maine-ly Delicious focuses on fresh Maine lobster, featured in warm or cold lobster rolls, lobster mac n' cheese, clam chowder, and more. The restaurant is open 11:30 am-3 pm.

Your CBD Store features award-winning hemp-derived products using natural plant synergies. Find skin care and topicals, oils, edibles, including infused gummies, whole plant products and more. They also have items for pets, including oils, snacks, jerkies, and biscuits.

Tarpon Springs Events and Festivals Return
Special events and festivals are returning to the City. This month, the 2nd Saturday Tarpon Market returns on June 12, 9 am- 1pm, and that evening is Athens by Night on the Sponge Docks from 6-10 pm. First Fridays will make its debut Friday, July 2, highlighting a festive Fourth of July weekend that includes the family Picnic in Craig Park and evening fireworks.
