Thank you for your dedication to election integrity. SB1 has passed both chambers and is now headed to the Governor's desk.
Tomorrow we will begin our call with a quick briefing on SB1 from Reps. Jetton and Klick along with Sen. Hughes. As usual, an excellent opportunity for you to get the inside scoop about how we went from fleeing Democrats to legislation sitting on the Governor's desk.
This is no time to relax though! Redistricting hearings are already scheduled to begin next week. Besa Martin and Shirley Martinez will be preparing us with information on those hearings, how to testify via zoom and give us examples of actual testimony.

RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel Releases New "Real America" Podcast Episode Featuring Sen. Ted Cruz |

The Republican National Committee (RNC) released today the seventh episode of “Real America,” a podcast hosted by RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel. In this episode, Chairwoman McDaniel hosts Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) to discuss the multiple failures of Joe Biden – from his withdrawal from Afghanistan to the crisis he created at the border to his failure to hold Big Tech accountable.

“Today, I’m honored to be joined by my friend Senator Ted Cruz to discuss the many failures of the Biden administration,” said Chairwoman McDaniel. “It's shameful to me that the Biden administration is patting themselves on the back saying this is the largest evacuation in history, because they failed. We had to evacuate in a dangerous circumstance and we just lost 13 military servicemen and Biden must be held accountable for this disastrous failure.”
“It was preventable, this has been an enormous catastrophe,” said Sen. Cruz of Biden’s catastrophic failure in Afghanistan. “It's been horrifying to watch what's unfolded in Afghanistan, and I think what has happened there is a combination of two things. Number one, it is the radical ideological extremism of Joe Biden and the Biden administration, and number two, is that they are unable to recognize that the Taliban are terrorists.”
“Real America” shares stories from outside the beltway, highlights Republican leadership, and shows how Republican policies are leading America’s comeback and working for real Americans. Chairwoman McDaniel is offering the platform for Republican leaders to share their successes and for listeners to hear real stories from the exciting, leading voices in our Party. Tragedy in Afghanistan
On Thursday, 13 U.S. service members laid down their lives in the defense of American and Afghan men, women, and children, and at least 18 U.S. service members were wounded. This cowardly terrorist attack also claimed the lives of over 170 innocent civilians and wounded hundreds more.
The events in Kabul are sickening and heartbreaking – the American people are praying for the victims and their families. Sadly, there are now deadly consequences for the way the Biden administration bungled the Afghanistan withdrawal.
What you need to know:
- The chaos in Afghanistan makes clear what we all already knew: Joe Biden is incapable of serving as Commander in Chief – The U.S. and the world are less safe because of him.
- Biden’s speech on Thursday was a failure to meet this moment. It was a failure of leadership. It was a betrayal of the Americans he is leaving behind.
- Under Joe Biden, the American people are learning the consequences of weak leadership.

Americans are stranded, including this American mother, who said: “we are stranded at home, we can’t get to the airport … we are afraid for our lives.”
- Americans are losing faith in Biden’s leadership.

For months Biden and his administration promised the withdrawal from Afghanistan wouldn’t be chaotic. Clearly, they were wrong.
- U.S. soldiers, marines, sailors, airmen, and our allied forces sacrificed so much for 20 years – they deserve better.
The bottom line:
The Taliban takeover of Afghanistan and the tragedies surrounding the civilian evacuation follows a series of other crises Biden has overseen, including breakdown of security on the border, rising consumer and producer prices, and spiking crime on our streets. The reality grows stronger by the day: Joe Biden is an incompetent, incapable, failed president.
