Over the span of 35 years, Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County has built over 256 homes and served over 1,000 families in New Castle County. Our impact on the families we partner with is made possible thanks to generous support of local community members, funders, our staff and YOU!

Revitalizing one block at a time!
Thanks to Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County's partnership with Republic Services, our first Rock the Block community clean-up project was a wonderful success!

Last month, HFHNCC staff, volunteers with Republic Services, and community residents teamed up to clean up trash and debris around Johnston Park in Northeast, Wilmington and the surrounding area. We were also grateful to be joined by New Castle County (DE) Government Executive Matt Meyer!
Thank you to the 37 Habitat and 16 Republic Services volunteers who were in attendance. Collectively, they dumped 1.74 tons of trash,160 bags of trash, and 14 tires.

Proceeds from the sales of donated items also go directly to helping Habitat achieve our mission. To donate your building materials, furniture, and household items, contact us at restoredonations@habitatncc.org or call 302-652-5181.

We accept drop off donations Tuesday to Saturday 10am - 4:30pm. We also schedule residential pickups, within New Castle County, for 2 or more large items (all items must be located either outside or in a garage at time of pickup).
