As reported by TownSquareLIve, "The state of Delaware and Enstructure, the current private operator of the Port of Wilmington, will build a $635 million new terminal in Edgemoor that will quadruple its capacity for container cargo ships and serve larger ships."

As reported by WHYY, "New Castle County has released its first-ever comprehensive sustainability plan to reduce the county government’s impact on the environment. The new plan is a continuation of work to cut climate-warming emissions in Delaware’s most populous county."

As reported by Delaware Public Media, "Delaware’s Department of Transportation (DelDOT) looks to invest around $330 million in capital improvements in the upcoming fiscal year. DelDOT says their capital budget this year is on pace with years prior, accounting for about 1.5% annual growth due to revenue from the motor fuel tax, DMV fees and tolls."
