Join us on October 27th as JFS celebrates the past year's achievements and the service of our dedicated volunteers and contributors who help make our mission a reality. As a nonprofit, JFS’ success depends largely on the support of our community, including volunteers, donors, staff and board members.

JFS Outreach: Connecting with Local Preschools

JFS Kosher Food Pantries are committed to helping families access food and connect with local resources. On October 6th, JFS staff and volunteers had the opportunity to distribute bags of food to families with children at the Youth Enrichment Services (YES) Preschool at Holy Name in New Brunswick. In total, 31 families received much-needed food to supplement their dinner tables.

Thank you to staff from YES Preschool at Holy Name for hosting JFS and allowing us to better support members of our community. We look forward to working together again in the future, especially as grocery and gas prices continue to rise leaving more families in need of help to fill their pantries.

JFS counts on the generosity of our community to provide for those in need. From now through December 15th, JFS is collecting kosher nonperishable nonexpired canned and boxed goods for our food pantries for the holidays.
