Seasons Greetings!

As we inch closer toward the end of 2021, the Citizens Project team pauses, reflects, and wishes to extend our gratitude to all of you who have supported us with generous donations at our fundraiser and through Colorado Gives. We are also grateful to those who have volunteered in any capacity. Your participation, financial support, and commitment to our values of equity, inclusion, and justice, allow us to continue the important work in the Pikes Peak region.

We simply can not do this without you.

The Citizens Project team is looking forward to 2022 and the critical work there is to do for our citizens and for our democracy. We will continue to move forward boldly and tirelessly to make our community a better place for everyone.

We understand that in order to do this work, times of rest are necessary. With that, our offices will be closed on December 24th and December 31st so that our staff can rest and enjoy the winter holidays with family and friends. We hope that you also can find rest in this season so that TOGETHER we can continue to do the bold and fearless work of Citizens Project in 2022.

Pikes Peak Little Free Pantry

As part of Citizens Project commitment to our values of equity, inclusion, and justice, highlighting those in our community who are also doing this work is important to us.

This month we are highlighting the Pikes Peak Little Free Pantry, located at 516 Wests Pikes Peak Avenue. "This Little Free Pantry on the Near Westside provides 24/7 access, no questions asked, to free food, toiletries, personal items, and more for anyone who needs it. Give what you can, take what you need."

As winter weather approaches, the need for donations is great. Donations of food, toiletries, and anything else that would help our neighbors are accepted.

Follow them on Instagram HERE. Questions can be directed to Hailey Radvillas at pikespeakpantry@gmail.com.
