March 10, 2023
Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ!
We are midway through Lent! It has been a meaningful experience to be with our faith community in worship, study, and prayer. Please take the time to read our announcements and specifically pray for those on our prayer list. Thank you!
Worship this Week
Third Sunday in Lent – March 12
Our worship services are at 8:30 am, 9:45 am, and 11:00 am
We have a full slate of volunteers for Sunday so thank you!
For Holy Communion (at both of the traditional services) we will continue to kneel or stand at the altar rail based on your preference. Our acolyte will stand in the middle and offer the bread and wine to those who are more comfortable touching the elements themselves. The acolyte will also have a basket so you can dispose of the empty cups.
Wednesday Holden Evening Prayer – March 15
Dinner is in Fellowship Hall at 6:30 pm and Worship is at 7:30 pm. In worship, Paula Green will reflect on the third of the five gifts of discipleship that we affirm in baptism – to proclaim the good news of God in Christ through word and deed.
