METRO is looking forward
 to being part of the
Thompson's Point community! Thanks for the welcome.
“The entire Thompson’s Point community is excited to welcome METRO to the neighborhood,” said Chris Thompson, one of the owners and principals at Thompson’s Point. “Having regular METRO service has been a shared goal since we began the project a decade ago, and is a critical component of our effort to create a transit-oriented place."

"The Children's Museum & Theatre of Maine is thrilled to now have a METRO stop just across the street from our facility," said Executive Director Julie Butcher Pezzino."Access to public bus transportation for the families who visit us was a critical goal of the organization when we moved from downtown Portland in June. Thanks to the hard work of the team at Thompson's Point and METRO this has become a reality and we know it is a game changer for our community."
