Update on Current COVID Protocols
as of 3 July
COVID Rates are falling in Hartford County:
- We have returned to the Common Cup on Sundays and will offer wine and grape juice. There will be no intinction (dipping into the cup).
-
Masks at indoor services are strongly encouraged.
- We will continue to wear masks in the office in all common areas, and those who have private offices may request visitors to wear masks. Please be respectful of staff wishes.
As a reminder, there are various levels of comfort in our community with masking, handshakes, and hugging, so please be respectful of others whose decisions differ from your own.
Thank you for your continued cooperation and flexibility. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to Rev. D. or a member of the Vestry.

Thank You!!
WE COULDN’T HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT YOU!!
A wonderful time was had by all!
Thank you to all those who helped make the inaugural DominGO! event such a success! Event chair Mark MacGougan and his planning team: Rev. D, Valerie Pogue, Cathy Rowe and Barbara Roos orchestrated a terrific event. Kudos to those who gave out water, books, set-up and broke down tables, engaged passersby in conversation and re-introduced the community to all that is Trinity Church!
Event volunteers included: the twins - Zoe and Sage, George Chien, Marcus and Leslyn Clark, Althea Francis, Michelle Horsley, Bill Kofalk, Heather Kramer, Jacqui Lucier, Linda MacGougan, Karin Peterson, Susan Post, Anne Rapkin, Carolyn Rodgers, Drew Smith, Tim Watt, Steve Zhitnik.
A special shout out to all who donated children’s books. We had a wonderful selection from which to choose. There were many smiles from those who walked away with a book.

Fresh Flowers
for the Altar
Summer is upon us and the Flower Guild is looking for fresh cut flowers to adorn the altar for the months of July and August. Only one arrangement is needed! Share the bounty of your garden with Trinity. If you are interested, please contact either Percy Williamson (860-922-6271) or George Chien (860-690-7024) for dates you are available.

In / Out Board – Farmington Avenue
The next time you pass through the Farmington Ave. entrance, please take a moment to look to your left. You will see the In / Out board that is on the wall. This board helps to identify who is in the
church/education wing and when. As we welcome back groups to the church in the evenings and on weekends, it’s important to insure that we are all aware of who are in the spaces.
If you are the group leader, please take a couple of moments to update the board.

Special Prayer Request
A member of our parish, Jacqui Lucier has advanced kidney disease and is in need of a transplant.
As we pray for Jacqui, we also ask that you prayerfully consider being screened as a potential kidney donor. For more information about living organ donation and to sign up to be screened, please visit nkr.org/SBB483. Please encourage your friends and family to consider donor screening.
To hear Jacqui talk about her illness and need for a transplant, watch this clip that has aired on local news.

|
Prayers for Ukraine
We pray for the people of Ukraine.
As we pray, you are strongly encouraged to support efforts to assist Ukrainian refugees by donating to the International Rescue Committee (www.rescue.org) or another reputable agency on the ground.
