Psalm 96:2-4

I love this call to praise the Lord! We want to proclaim his salvation every day and tell of his good deeds to all the nations. We want to tell everyone how great He is and about the amazing things he does. When John finished writing his gospel he rightly said, "Jesus also did many other things. If they were all written down, I suppose the whole world could not contain the books that would be written." Don't you love this? We can never exhaust the things that Jesus does for us that we can praise him for.

As the College of Prayer, our desire is to "Publish his glorious deeds among the nations." We continue to pray for the relationships we need to reach every nation on earth. Praise God for the conversations we've been having each month with leaders from the 29 remaining nations. Pray that these conversations would lead to invitations to begin College of Prayer training in their countries.

Suno Justus and Don Young had a tremendous time training pastors in Nigeria last month. They trained pastors that will bring the College of Prayer to over 3,500 churches throughout Nigeria! Praise God for the ongoing mentoring of pastors around the globe.

New Campuses

Pray for church leaders from Wyoming, Montana, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, and Ohio who have a desire to start the College of Prayer. Many of these church leaders intend to launch new campuses of the College of Prayer in these states in 2024. Please pray that every obstacle will be removed and the building of the house of prayer will commence throughout these states. Together, let's bind passivity, pride, and prayerlessness, and loose repentance and hunger for God.

AFRICA

Democratic Republic of the Congo – May 1 "Lord, Give Us the Nations" in Kalubwe District, Lubumbashi, hosted by Smirne Church.

May 17 "Lord, As Families, Teach Us to Pray" in Kafubu District, Lubumbashi, hosted by Filadelfia Pentecostal Church. Pray for protection, direction, and revelation at these College of Prayer modules.

Egypt – Hagob will be leading 7 trainings for leaders in this country.

Ethiopia – Pastor Petros Gemecho wants us to give thanks to God for the progress of peace and stability in their nation the past few weeks. Continue to pray for peace and security in Ethiopia. He also thanks God for the EKCH annual general assembly for all that has been accomplished this year.

Other requests:

1. Missionaries reaching unreached people groups in Ethiopia, Eritrea, Somalia, and Sudan.
2. Financial needs for College of Prayer training, printing of materials, and traveling throughout the country.
3. Financial support for Dawit Teressa who works with the Oromo language people.
4. Teaching College of Prayer content to students in the Bible Schools.
5. Pray for trainings to take place that were postponed last month due to facility problems.

Nigeria – Pray for all the pastors that were trained in Kano and Abuja last month. Pray that they would be empowered to take the College of Prayer Training to their churches and ministries.

ABBA – May 20 Daniel and Pauly Rodriguez will be leading a Zoom training to equip church leaders for Module 1: Encounter with Abba for Kenya and Uganda this summer.

ASIA

India – May 7 Don Young will be facilitating a 2 hour Zoom training with pastors and leaders from India.

Japan – May 3 Don Young will lead a Zoom training with pastors and leaders from Tokyo.

Taiwan – May 1-May 3 Don Young will be with Austronesian church leaders of the Pacific Islands. This is a strategic trip because it has the potential of opening up the College of Prayer to the 12 Indo-Pacific Islands that still remain among the 31 countries that we have left to complete our assignment to be in every nation by the end of 2025.

May 22 – Don Young will host monthly mentoring via Zoom with 8-10 Taiwanese Church leaders.

Pakistan – Pastor Zeeshan Rahmet will be leading "Lord, Give Us the Nations" throughout the month in strategic locations. Pray for protection, direction, and revelation for each session.

CARIBBEAN

Barbados – May 15-19 Fred Hartley will be teaching the College of Prayer curriculum to pastors and leaders in Barbados and possibly Dominica.

Trinidad and Tobago – Zoom trainings are taking place each month for around 50 pastors and leaders from many nations in the Caribbean. All of these leaders plan to travel to Trinidad and Tobago for an in person gathering, October 12-14.

EUROPE

NEW NATION REACHED: LUXEMBURG

Croatia – May 9-12 Pastor Miki Kamba will be leading "Lord, Teach Us to Pray." Pray for protection, direction and revelation as they meet.

Malta – Pray for leaders in Poland and Georgia who are using the College of Prayer curriculum in their churches and ministries. Pray also for the Maltese leaders who were trained and using the curriculum in Malta.

Norway – May 22-26 Fred Hartley will be teaching at the Prayer Center in Trondheim to pastors and leaders from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and possibly other countries.

Russia – Pray for Pastor Vladimir and Pastor Serge who serve in Moscow and throughout Russia.

LATIN AMERICA

Honduras – May 17-18 Luis Calderon will be leading a Regional Campus of the College of Prayer with 5 churches in San Pedro Sula.

May 20-22 Luis Calderon will lead a Regional Campus with 6 churches in

La Esperanza.

May 23-25 Luis Calderon will be leading a College of Prayer training for a local church in Jesus de Otoro.

Mexico – May 17-18 Josh and Cindy Bencomo will be starting a campus of the College of Prayer in Ciudad, Juarez. They will be leading "Lord, Teach us to Pray."

Online – May 28 Luis Calderon will lead a monthly Zoom call for Spanish speakers who participated in the prayer and fasting in January to pray for revival in our lives, families, cities, and nations.

ABBA – May 3 Daniel and Pauly Rodriguez, leaders of our ABBA ministry, will have a Zoom training for Module 1: Encounter with ABBA in Argentina.

MIDDLE EAST

Jordan – Hagob will be leading "Lord, Teach Us to Pray" in churches that have never received this training.

UNITED STATES 

Lynchburg, Virginia – May 5 Don Young will be leading a 2 hour training on the Lord's Prayer Pattern at Calvary Chapel.

San Diego, California – May 30-June 3 Don Young will be training Chinese pastors through the Good TV network.

Pray for the planning of our 2024 Ignite gathering here in Atlanta with church leaders from around the US. This will take place September 12-14.

Please pray for the many churches around the US who have launched Upper Rooms and other new prayer initiatives in their churches this year following College of Prayer modules and training. We know satan hates these initiatives and will fight against them. We also know that when Light comes, darkness is exposed. Pray for courage, resilience, and unity among these churches.

Pray for Daniel and Pauly Rodriguez, Monica Larrea, and their team who lead ABBA, our ministry helping teach children how to pray. They are currently developing a third module entitled "Encounter in the Garden." Pray for anointing and wisdom as they write this new curriculum. Pray for finances needed for their trips to Kenya, Uganda, and Mexico this summer.
