Celebrate the Return of SAGA with Graphic Novels

Celebrating Indigenous People's Day: Flintknapping, Grain Grinding and More

Children ages 8 and up are invited to join us this Saturday, October 1, 1:00 - 3:00 pm for a Lenape Technolgies Workshop which includes a demonstration of early life and technology of Native Americans and hands on activities. Learn more and register here

Carlos Pavan Guitar Concert

Join us on Friday evening, October 7, 7:00 pm in the Ossie Davis Theater for a concert with Brooklyn based composer Carlos Pavan, who skillfully blends Argentine tango and folklore rhythms with classical and jazz concepts. Register here

Fall Children's Programs Are In Full Swing

Did you know chess can improve spatial skills, memory, creativity, and concentration in children. Now you children can LEARN CHESS AT THE LIBRARY! All skill levels welcome. Get Homework Help

Our tutor is ready to help your child (grades K- 5), with reading and homework. Homework Help will resume on Tuesdays and Thursdays, , 4:45 - 7:45 pm.

NEW! Borrow a Chromebook or Hotspot

The New Rochelle Public Library (NRPL)now offers both Wi-Fi enabled Chromebooks and Wi-Fi Hotspots for lending. The Chromebooks are Wi-Fi enabled and the Hotspots are available to be checked out to New Rochelle residents with valid NRPL library cards. Learn more here

Medicare Open Enrollment Counseling

Medicare Open Enrollment counseling, assistance, using the Medicare Plan Finder, to New Rochelle seniors, will take place in the BTOP Help & Learning center on Thursdays, 10/13, 10/27 & 11/10 from 10am-1pm. Learn more here
