February Unwind Location: The Reservoir Lounge Date: Feb. 16th Time: 5:30-7:30pm Cost: FREE

Unwinds are open networking events for young professionals in the area on the 3rd Thursday of each month. This month’s unwind will be held at The Reservoir Lounge! This causal bar offers a wide variety of options for food, drinks, and games. A great place for an entertaining night out, great food, or their weekly trivia nights - a fun option for whatever suits you! We can’t wait to have you join us for this month’s social networking event.

Grand Rapids Symphony - Cirque Musica Date: March 3rd Time: 6:30pm - 9:30pm Ticket Price: $32 We are so excited to announce that we are teaming up with the Grand Rapids Symphony to have a special event at their Cirque Musica performance. It will start with a roaming cocktail hour with free champagne toast and mingle and get to know some of the community involved within the Symphony starting at 6:30. Around 7:15 we will make our way to our seats to see the lively performance. David Brace, Grand Rapids Symphony Senior Marketing Manager, will come to our February Unwind to speak about the event and to sell these exclusive tickets to our members! GR Symphony

March Unwind Location: TBD Date: March 16th, 2023 Time: 5:30-8pm This is a causal networking mixer that provides a space for young professionals from Grand Rapids and the surrounding area to come and meet one another. This mixer style event happens on the 3rd Thursday of every month where we choose to highlight a local restaurant and/or venue within the greater Grand Rapids area. There will be food and drinks for purchase at the restaurant.

Community Service Opportunities

Amway River Bank Run When: May 13th, 2023 Time: 5:15am-2pm The Amway River Bank Run, presented by Fifth Third Bank with Corewell Health (Spectrum Health) the Official Health Partner, will celebrate 46 years of road running on Saturday, May 13, 2023. More than 10,000* people are expected to compete in the event which features the largest 25K road race in the country and offers the only 25K Wheelchair racing division in the world along with a 25K Handcycle division. In addition to the 25K, participants can choose from the 10K Run, 5K Run, Team Competition, 5K Community Walk and Amway Junior Wednesday, May 10 at Grandville Middle School. GRYP is looking to put together a dynamic team of volunteers to help out with this years event! We are looking to have at least 20 volunteers to join us at this event but we will gladly take all the help our members want to give.
