A PLACE OF EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATION

What does it mean to be a Raider?

Sonora Strong, Raider Pride All Clear, and Behold our Blue and Gold are all catchphrases/slogans that we have used over the years but does it really embody who we are? What does being a Sonora Raider mean to you? We would like to gather some data on who we are as a school. This will help us more accurately identify and connect with you, our community. Please take a few minutes to fill out the survey below by clicking the link. Your input is vital in our pursuit of what it really means to be a Sonora Raider. #sonorastrong #beholdblueandgold #raiderprideallclear

Counseling Corner

A special thank you to everyone who joined us for an amazing College and Career Fair Thursday night. We hosted the event for the first time in our big gym. There were over 60 public and private colleges and universities (UCs/CSUs) present, and the various branches of our military and our partners in education like ADVANCE!!

Thank you to Board member, Dr. Chester Jeng, for his attendance.  We appreciate all of the hard work of our sister schools of La Habra and Sunny Hills.  Thank you to Sonora guidance techs, Liz Alfonso and Megan Miller. Thank you to our counselors, Jackie Nia, John Sullivan, Anna Lopez, and Jenny Beglin. Thank you, Jill Davis, for all of your coordination as well. A heart filled with gratitude to all of our teachers who encouraged our students to attend the event.

It was a proud evening to be a Raider.
